Yes. In order to keep our attraction as safe as possible for our guests, we require all visitors to go through some brief safety checks before entering.
Upon entry, please have any bags ready to be searched and be prepared to remove items from your pockets to go through a metal detector!
Please note, the below items cannot be taken into the attraction:
Motorcycle helmets
Skateboards and rollerblades
Camera/Tripods - To save the magic of Far Far Away for other guests, photographs/videos are not permitted during the guided experience or 4D Magic Bus Experience
Buggies/Pushchairs - We do however provide a buggy park for you to store your buggy free of charg
Prohibited items or anything that may be considered a security risk such as:
Penknives
Scissors
Metal nail files
Toy or replica guns
If such objects are found or declared they will be checked in and returned to you after your experience providing the item is legal in the UK. Eating or drinking within the Shrek's Adventure! London is not permitted, only drinking water.
