A combination/multi-attraction ticket is a ticket that gives you entry into multiple attractions for a much cheaper price.
You can purchase combination tickets for Shrek's Adventure! London + additional London attractions here. We offer free carer tickets as combination tickets when purchased alongside a paid ticket with the correct documentation to be brought with you upon entry. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to issue Carer tickets on behalf of Big Bus. If a carer would like to join a Big Bus tour, please contact the Big Bus customer service team via the Live Chat function on the Big Bus official website.
The time and date that you choose before purchasing will be for the lead attraction which is the attraction that you are purchasing the tickets through. To book the other attractions once the purchase has been completed, you can use the 'Manage My Booking' tab in your confirmation email or use this link.
You can only change your date and time of your other attractions on the Booking Portal a maximum of 3 times. Alternatively, if you have booked a timeslot and the date and time has passed and you didn't visit then you will lose that section of your ticket. You have 90 days from your first attraction visit date to visit the remaining attractions.
Certain special event periods may be excluded from the use of your combination ticket. These dates along with any other important information regarding your purchase will be listed in the webstore prior to booking.
