The time on your ticket is the time you are allowed to enter the queue line.
To ensure a smooth experience, please join the queue at the scheduled time of your booking and not beforehand.
Our queue times differ depending on the popularity of the day or timeslot.
If you're planning to visit during a school holiday or weekend, we suggest considering quieter times of the day to visit, which are usually found during first admission or later in the day towards last entry. However, please note that visitor numbers and flow can vary daily, and this is not a guarantee.
If you choose the last timeslot of the day, you will still get to do the full tour.
Please note: If you do not arrive within your allocated arrival time, there may be an extended wait for the next available show time. In busy periods we cannot guarantee immediate entry if you miss your arrival time. You will not be permitted after closing time if you are late to the last slot.
